Transfer from Siliguri/Bagdogra to Jaigaon/Phuntsholing at the Bhutan border. Check into your hotel and the rest of the day is at leisure.

Today, you will embark on your journey to Thimphu (7,500 ft), the capital of Bhutan. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the Bhutan Himalayas along the way. Upon arrival in Thimphu, check into your respective hotel. Overnight in Thimphu.

Embark on a full day of sightseeing in Thimphu, starting with Tashicho Dzong, the seat of most of the government offices. Proceed to the National Library, which houses an exclusive collection of Buddhist manuscripts and texts, as well as modern literature. Visit Zorig Chusum, the school of traditional handicrafts and arts, Institute of Tibetology, handicraft emporium, and the National Memorial Chorten. Overnight in Thimphu.

Drive from Thimphu to Paro. Proceed for a half-day sightseeing in Paro, including the ruins of Drugyel Dzong and Paro Dzong. Overnight in Paro.

Visit the Bhutan National Museum in the morning and then proceed to Phuntsholing from Paro. Check into your respective hotel. Overnight in Phuntsholing.
